Who is Alex?
Like most Comedians, ever since I could remember I always wanted to make people laugh. And sometimes I actually did. Then I got older and in lots of trouble for stupid stuff that came out of my mouth until I realized you can pretty much say whatever you want with a microphone in your hand and get away with it.
Boom, ever since then I have been doing comedy.
But, I guess you already know that if you're here.
I host and produce the two largest monthly comedy shows in San Diego, Duck Foot Comedy Night, (named one of the best places to see Stand-Up Comedy in all of San Diego by the San Diego Union Tribune!) and Abnormal Nights, at the historic Adams Avenue Theater. that regularly get over 300 guests! Some even laugh at me.
I also host bar trivia every Wednesday at Duck Foot Brewing in Miramar.
I like graphic design, writing and filmmaking as well. That's about it. See you at the next show!

Alex Petit is a hilarious San Diego-based stand-up comic and is the host and producer of San Diego’s two largest monthly independent comedy shows, Duck Foot Comedy Night and Abnormal Nights Comedy at the Adams Avenue Theater.
He has been performing stand-up comedy in San Diego for over seven years and has performed at Mic Drop Comedy, The La Jolla Comedy Store, The Laugh Factory, American Comedy Company, and Mockingbird Improv. He is also known for his comedy protégé, the 13-year-old Kyle Wang, who is by all metrics and parameters doing much better than his teacher.
